The Dogwood Cabins is a full-service vacation management company. Where owners can enjoy their homes and revenue income. With over 1600 5* reviews along with “Premier Host” on VRBO and ‘Super Host” on Airbnb, we take pride in ensuring each guest's stay is a priority. There is a market for 30 – 90 day rentals, with visiting medical and other professionals needing homes and we can assist. Lic # (GM to be added)

Services include the following:

  • STR permit application process and or transfer management.
  • Professional photos, and marketing on social media.
  • All guest interaction for inquiries, reservations, and guest stays.
  • Software for pricing, reservations, booking channels, and cleaning scheduling.
  • Occupancy reporting and payment (TOT) to the SBC.
  • 24-hour on-call with the SBC county.
  • Trash pick-up and snow removal scheduling.
  • Scheduling maintenance and repairs where needed. We have a great local team of contractors.
  • Owner portals to view bookings and schedule owner stays.
  • Monthly transfers of revenue.
