Outside so many spaces to enjoy, Jacuzzi, snores around the fire-pits, decks and dining area with BBQ. Open plan living, dining and games room complete with pool table & fosse ball.
A perfect getaway Guests have access go the entire home (locked closest are for owners use). parking in garage is allowed and total parking for 5.

lake Arrowhead and The Village offers summer concerts, great eateries and beautiful lake views are approx 10 mins. Lake Gregory with summer lake activities, fishing, swimming, paddle board rentals. Lots of hiking trails in both areas as well as Snow Valley very close for winter skiing. The Dogwood Cabins is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. You may call or text. If there is an emergency please call the number provided and we will respond immediately.
The Mountain is experiencing a propane shortage, and you may have a hard time finding propane locally on the Mountain.
We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or in some cases put them on. to be allowed up the mountain.
**Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.
**This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: No smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks in any furniture, the guest is responsible for replacement costs.
We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues.

-Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 9 pm to 9 am
-Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 10 pm to 9 am
-This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.
-This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do.
-No underage drinking
-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.
-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.
-No outdoor fires of any kind
-If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
