Lovely cabin fully equipped with all amenities which made our stay super comfortable and memorable! We had a two month old infant and they had a high chair and pack n play for us as well!

We loved the cabin, very well decorated, very comfy beds and great blankets everywhere. Updated kitchen for cooking. Beautiful views from the deck and our dogs loved the fenced in yard. Would highly recommend it - we will be back!

This cozy cabin is suited for 2 families or 4 couples. Stunning sunsets and a lot of quiet places to enjoy the mountain views. Beautifully presented, this cabin will be the perfect spot for your next vacation. Close to Lake Arrowhead Village and just 20 minutes to Lake Gregory with great little beaches or Snow Valley for winter fun. Calgary Cabin has everything you need to escape and enjoy the mountains.

Calgary Cabin is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home. Perfectly suited for families or couples. Bedroom 1 is located on the main level and has a full sofa bed. A full bathroom is also located on this level. Living, dining, and kitchen are all located on the main level with access to the large deck. The downstairs has another full bathroom, bedroom 2 enjoys a queen bed and deck access. Bedroom 3 is ready for all the family with twin, over full, and a trundle.

Parking for 2, please note that the county only allows for 2 cars and there is no street parking allowed for STR. Fines can be incurred and are the guest's responsibility. Driveway is a gently sloping drive with a few steps to the main door. Close to Lake Arrowhead Village and just 20 minutes to Lake Gregory with great little beaches or Snow Valley for winter fun.

The Dogwood Cabins is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. You may call or text. If there is an emergency please call the number provided and we will respond immediately.

This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours.

Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm

Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm

This home is located within a short distance of a church and may have some noise on a Sunday morning.

*Due to COVID-19* The Mountain is experiencing a propane shortage, and you may have a hard time finding propane locally on the Mountain.

We highly recommend carrying chains/cables with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or in some cases put them on. to be allowed up the mountain.

**Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.

**This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to:

There is no smoking inside or outside the property, this includes but is not limited to Cigarettes, Marijuana, and Cigars. If we smell smoke in the home there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee. If we find burn marks in any furniture, the guest is responsible for replacement costs.

We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues.

Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first.

-No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana.

-No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee.

-No outdoor fires of any kind

-If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
