The area is peaceful and backs onto nature. Arrowhead Trails is located in Lake Arrowhead, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Hiking trails are right at the rear of the home, The Village with restaurants, bars, and Lake Arrowhead, Cedar Glens vintage stores are all a close 10 min drive away. Snow Valley and Santa's Village close 15 mins for winter fun and Lake Gregory for all-year water activities is also only 15 mins away. We highly recommend having your own car as taxis and Uber's are rare.

This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do. -No underage drinking -No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana. -No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind This is NOT a pet-friendly home - pets will be asked to be removed.
Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place in the outside trashcan.
The Dogwood Cabins is open 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. You may call or text. If there is an emergency please call the number provided and we will respond immediately.

We highly recommend carrying chains/cables
with tensioners during the winter. CalTrans will have chain checkpoints and require you to show them or in some cases put them on. to be allowed up the mountain. We do not refund for inclement weather or fires. However, we do reschedule.
