If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind -If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place them in the outside trashcan.
Please note the owner is allergic to pets and they are not allowed on or in the home.
We do not enjoy removing pets or additional guests from the home as well as charging additional fees. We kindly ask that guests follow all house rules to avoid any issues.
**Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.
Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first.
