Lake Gregory has been voted the #8 best small town to visit in CA. Walk the lake's edge, and visit the Lake Gregory water park in summer. Goodwin’s Family Market is a great spot for all your supplies. The ice-cream soda bar is amazing & a chocolate bar! Visit the many quirky vintage stores, and specialty stores and pick up some great bargains. Dogs are welcome with approval from management with a pet fee per pet. This will be paid separately through Airbnb. No cats or huskies, please. Parking is for 2 vehicles only in the driveway. No street parking is allowed per county rules. Do not block the neighbor’s driveway or park in the neighbor’s driveway. You will need a county fishing permit to fish at Lake Gregory. The BBQ is propane, propane is not provided, but if a previous guest leaves some it may be used or exchanged locally. This is NOT a party home! If you plan on breaking any of the house rules, including but not limited to: Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first. This is a quiet neighborhood and we ask that guests follow the house rules and quiet hours. Any guest in violation of the house rules will be subject to removal from the home and responsible for any fines incurred by management and the county. Winter ice and snow conditions can be challenging. We do not refund for inclement weather or snow conditions. Guests should check with Caltrans for road conditions and closures. Chains are recommended in winter.

House Rules

HOUSE RULES 1. Guests & Occupancy The home is for registered guests only and must follow county occupancy limits for your rental. Please confirm your guest count when booking. 2. Parking No street parking is allowed. Please park only in designated spaces and stay within the county’s vehicle limit. Fines may apply for extra vehicles. 3. Pets Pets are only allowed with prior approval and a paid pet fee (if permitted for your rental). Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fee. Please supervise pets when outside, as wildlife is common in the area. 4. Check-Out & Late Departure Please follow the check-out instructions in the House Manual. Unauthorized late departures may incur additional fees. 5. Cleaning The home will be professionally cleaned before your stay. Extra cleaning fees may apply if check-out procedures aren’t followed. 6. No Smoking or Drug Use Smoking of any kind (including marijuana and vaping) is not allowed inside or on the property. A $1,000 fee applies if smoke or residue is detected. 7. Property Condition Please report any issues or damage upon arrival so we can address them promptly. Some amenities such as Wi-Fi or cable may be affected by mountain weather. 8. Property Alterations Please don’t move furniture, hang items, or make changes to the property. 9. No Subletting Only registered guests may stay. Subletting or transferring your booking is not allowed. 10. Property Access Management may enter the home for maintenance, inspections, or emergencies with prior notice whenever possible. 11. County Rules All guests must comply with county short-term rental laws, including occupancy, parking, and noise limits. 12. Security Cameras Outdoor security cameras may be in use for property safety. No cameras monitor indoor spaces. 13. Weather Notice During winter months, carry tire chains and be prepared for possible power outages due to mountain weather. Refunds are not provided for weather-related interruptions. 14. Lake Gregory at Crestline offers a more small-town feel compared to other larger cities nearby. Walk to your favorite coffee shop and then a relaxing walk around Lake Gregory. Crestline is 15 minutes to Blue Jay, 20 minutes to Lake Arrowhead, and 45 minutes to Big Bear. A great location to visit all your favorite mountain cities.

Guest Access

The entire home is accessible to guests. **Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season.

The neighborhood was very quiet and having the lake 5 minutes away from the cabin was amazing. The place has one bedroom/bath upstairs and another bedroom/bath downstairs which was perfect privacy for us. The pool table and outdoor table was an amazing addition to the place we enjoyed it. Just a heads up though the couch isn’t a L shaped or two couches anymore it’s more of a two-three seater now, but there are two other chairs one on each side for extra seating. Overall besides that I’d stay here again and recommend 😊

Beautiful cabin. We love the two story. It was so cozy. I would go there again. It was nice to have all the amenities at the cabin including the pool table. You won't regret renting this cabin.

Everything was just as described. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The pool table was a lot of fun and they even had board games. The view was absolutely stunning. The beds were comfy but I have to say the couches were even better!! We had a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back.

Sitting on the porch in the morning looking out at the trees was beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed playing board games and playing pool. everything was beautiful. We would stay here again.

This home is a close 5-10 minute drive from town, where you will find shops, restaurants, and beautiful Lake Gregory. You can walk, but please note it is an uphill walk most of the way back to the home.
